Along the Albanian Riviera — particularly in Ksamil, Sarandë, and Himara — fresh seafood is the centrepiece of every meal. Grilled sea bass (levrek), octopus, mussels, and cuttlefish are served simply with lemon and olive oil. Prices are a fraction of what you'd pay in Greece or Croatia for the same quality fish.
