Albania's take on the döner kebab — rotisserie-grilled chicken or beef, shaved and stuffed into flatbread with salad, sauce, and yoghurt. Ubiquitous across every Albanian city and town, it is the go-to late-night and budget meal. Tirana's Blloku district and the Shkodër old bazaar are among the best places to find them.
