Verona Opera Festival (Arena di Verona)

Running every summer (June–September) since 1913, this world-class opera festival is staged inside the ancient Roman Arena di Verona. Productions of Aida, Carmen, La Traviata, and Nabucco are performed before audiences of up to 15,000 under the stars. One of the most spectacular opera experiences in the world.
