Sapporo Snow Festival (Yuki Matsuri)

Held every February in Sapporo, Hokkaido — giant snow and ice sculptures fill Odori Park, some the size of entire buildings, alongside ice bars, food stalls, and live events. Over 2 million visitors attend annually, making it one of Asia's greatest winter festivals.
