A savoury Japanese pancake loaded with cabbage, seafood or meat, coated with okonomiyaki sauce, Japanese mayo, bonito flakes, and aonori seaweed. Osaka-style is mixed together; Hiroshima-style is layered with yakisoba noodles. Cook your own on a teppan griddle at the table.
