Festival do Marisco — Olhão

The Algarve's biggest seafood festival, held every August on the Olhão waterfront. Tonnes of freshly caught clams, oysters, percebes, prawns, and grilled fish are consumed over five days, accompanied by live music, folk dancing, and cold Sagres beer. Olhão is Portugal's premier fishing port — there's no better place to eat Atlantic seafood.
