The dish Thais themselves eat most often — minced pork, chicken, or seafood stir-fried at high heat with holy basil, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and bird's eye chillies. Served over rice with a crispy fried egg on top. The holy basil gives it a unique peppery, clove-like fragrance unavailable outside Thailand.
