Coca (Andorran Flatbread)

A traditional Catalan flatbread popular throughout Andorra, baked with various toppings such as caramelised onions, roasted peppers, sardines, or cheese. Both sweet and savoury versions exist. Coca de recapte (topped with vegetables and cured fish) is the most traditional variety, enjoyed as a snack or starter at local bakeries and cafes.
