Antigua sits in some of the Caribbean’s most productive lobster waters, and Caribbean spiny lobster is a highlight of any visit — split, brushed with garlic butter and herbs, and grilled over charcoal until sweet and smoky. The Lobster Shack at Dickenson Bay and seafood restaurants around English Harbour and Falmouth Harbour serve outstanding local lobster. Barbuda’s more remote waters produce particularly large and sweet specimens during lobster season.
