Held every August in Buenos Aires, the Tango Festival and World Championship is the planet's most important tango event — two weeks of free milongas (tango dances) in public plazas, outdoor performances, workshops by world-class maestros, and the climactic championship where couples from 50+ countries compete for the world title.
