Angkor Beer & Palm Wine

About

Angkor Beer is Cambodia's national lager — a crisp, light golden lager brewed since 1994, found at every restaurant and market across the country and beloved for its refreshing simplicity in Cambodia's tropical heat. Palm wine (sraa tnaot) is a traditional Cambodian drink tapped from sugar palm trees — slightly sweet, mildly fermented, and drunk fresh from clay pots in villages throughout the countryside. Palm sugar and palm syrup are by-products of the same tree and feature in many Cambodian desserts and drinks.
