Kampot pepper is considered among the world's finest — complex, fruity, and intensely aromatic — and the combination with sweet, fresh crab meat is extraordinary. Best eaten in Kep, the small coastal town near the pepper farms, where fresh crab is bought from the Crab Market and cooked to order at waterfront restaurants.
